I am passionate about natural health and listening to your body. Having suffered with anxiety for most of my life and desperate to figure out how to be free from it led me to seek natural options. Then motherhood came along and I was exhausted, tired, overwhelmed, and not living life the way it should be lived. I knew there was a better way and found it when I began learning how to align my body, mind, and spirit. My life began to change for the better and before I knew it I was happier, healthier and no longer sleep deprived!
That’s when I pursued my natural health education and earned, first, the Certified Natural Health Professional designation and then went on to receive the Certified Holistic Health Practitioner designation from Trinity School of Natural Health.
