55 Night Affirmations for Better Sleep

Night affirmations are a powerful mindset tool and can help you fall asleep more easily.

Hi there! Did you know that saying positive affirmations at night before bed is a great way to switch you into a feel good state, calm your mind and get you ready for a great night of sleep? This is an extremely beneficial practice when you just can’t turn off your racing mind, can’t stop worrying and when you just won’t fall asleep.

I’ve discovered that shifting your mindset to positivity and gratitude is one way to increase your sleep quality. This may seem difficult to do when you are crazy busy, rushing around and everything seems out of control. I know, I’ve been there.

It is possible to turn your evening around and night affirmations are one way.

What are night affirmations?

Night affirmations are a set of statements that you can say out loud or to yourself to calm your mind and prepare yourself for great sleep.

So many people struggle with going to sleep and staying asleep. There are many factors to consider when you want to go to sleep naturally. Your body, mind and spirit need to be nurtured and aligned. One way to do this is through affirmations.

Discover how aligning your mind, body and spirit is the ultimate way to get that restful sleep you deserve. Check out my Restful Sleep video course to get started.

Creating a positive mindset as you are falling asleep brings those uplifting feelings into your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind then uses this feeling state to create more positivity into your life. I try to do this every single night and it has helped my life tremendously.

If I have an issue I am worried about, changing my mindset and having positive thoughts about it has caused many great things to come into my life.

Did you know that what we think in our conscience and subconscious mind becomes true for us in our lives! This happens without us even being aware of it. The most powerful time to use affirmations is before bed and right when you wake up. This is when your subconscious mind is most influenced.
